The purpose of this site is to propogate the Jabber service in New Zealand.
The Jabber.co.nz Messenger Server is a public Jabber Server. With an uptime target of 99%. Started fresh in March 2009, it aims to deliver Jabber services on a server located in New Zealand, making connections easy and quick for New Zealand residents.
Tech Info:
The Jabber Server runs on the jabber.co.nz Main Server currently hosted by Velocity Networks Ltd.
The machine is a Pentium Class processor with 4GB of ram offering email services, and Instant Messenge services.
